had a panic attack last night. feel another coming on tonight.

i hate this time of day and this time of year.

i hate being alone. i hate not having friends.

i miss my mom so much. i want my dad back home where he belongs so i can call him and everything will be ok.

    Well, I just found your other blog...so sorry to hear about the panic attacks. I know how bad they can be! Been there --- hang in there, it will get better!!
